Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair customer equipment • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems • Maintain accurate records of service calls • Provide technical advice and guidance to customers • Ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles Preferred Skills: • Previous experience in a customer service role • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
